La Fundación Friedrich Ebert ofrece pasantías a estudiantes y profesionales recién graduados, bolivianos, alemanes y de otras nacionalidades, que estén interesados en conocer el trabajo en una fundación política y que tengan afinidad en nuestras líneas de trabajo.
Los pasantes tendrán la posibilidad de conocer y participar en el proceso de diseño y organización de actividades de diálogo político, hacer investigaciones rápidas y prácticas sobre los temas y líneas de trabajo, adquirir habilidades de coordinación y organización de eventos y hacer análisis de temas de política pública. Los pasantes tendrán espacio para el desarrollo de sus propias ideas, e incluso podrán llevar a cabo un proyecto separado, siempre que se articulen con los ejes temáticos de la fundación, incluyendo alguna investigación propia, como por ejemplo la tesis de grado.
El pasante podrá proponer el tiempo de duración de la pasantía, de acuerdo a los siguientes criterios:
Quienes estén interesados en las pasantías deben tener en cuenta que la Fundación Friedrich Ebert no es una institución de investigación académica, sino una fundación que promueve el diálogo político entre diversos actores. Por ello se espera que los pasantes tengan interés en nuestras áreas de trabajo, una actitud favorable hacia el trabajo en equipo y compromiso para la realización de las actividades, que incluyen trabajos administrativos y logísticos.

Carta de motivación en la que especifique la razón y propósito de su pasantía, además, en la que enumere sus intereses temáticos (máximo dos páginas).
