La Red de Mujeres Trabajadoras y Sindicalistas (RMTS) se reunieron en Villa Abecia para finalizar su propuesta y planificar la ruta crítica
Las Mujeres Trabajadoras y Sindicalistas se encontraron en Villa Abecia, localidad que pertenece al departamento de Chuquisaca y que está a dos horas de la ciudad de Tarija capital. Las mujeres trabajaron para finalizar su propuesta estratégica para el movimiento sindical boliviano. Las integrantes de la RMTS llegaron desde distintas regiones y son parte de diferentes sectores laborales del país.
Su propuesta tiene cuatro ejes: La crisis climática; el desarrollo productivo con perspectiva de género; la participación sindical de las mujeres y la formación político-sindical. La RMTS han trabajado en estos temas antes y por cada tema se han desarrollado documentos concretos que fueron debatidos nuevamente en el taller. Fueron debates intensos, animados y profundos que concluyeron con la aprobación de los contenidos finales de la propuesta estratégica.
En la segunda parte del taller se enfocaron en el diseño de la ruta crítica, estrictamente hablando sobre el objetivo, lo que se hará y los actores que identifican como importantes para incidir con su propuesta.
Al mismo tiempo de este trabajo concentrado tenían tiempo libre para disfrutar este viaje. Las mujeres visitaron el pueblo y su feria; asimismo la fiesta en la noche por el aniversario del Villa Abecia. Era un momento ideal para conocer el pueblo, su cultura y por supuesto la gente de esta región.
