Es muy preocupante que la polarización política nos esté condicionando. Si bien no es una regularidad histórica, sí es un factor determinante en coyunturas críticas que hace más tortuosa la política.
Lo peor es cuando la polarización destruye lo común entre los adversarios.
Polarización: Problema que se come otros problemas, monstruo que nos convence de que los monstruos somos nosotros.
La polarización impide pensar el país en el mediano y largo plazo.
La reforma de la justicia no se reduce a un cambio de la Constitución, ni a una "cumbre"; es un proceso de nunca acabar.
Fernando Mayorga en su reciente libro Resistir y retornar, explora los “avatares del proceso decisional” durante el periodo 2019-2021.
Para Mayorga, es más importante el proceso de cambio que los actores.
